Where do you train clients?
I train clients in gyms across Strasbourg, outdoors (Rhine riverbank, Parc de l'Orangerie), and at home. We'll choose the option that works best for you.
What happens in the first session?
The first session is a 45-minute consultation. We talk about your goals, your history, any injuries or limitations, and I assess your current fitness level. No exercise pressure — it's a conversation. You leave with a clear picture of what working together would look like.
Do I need to be fit already?
Absolutely not. I work with complete beginners, people coming back from injury, and experienced athletes. The programme is built around where you are right now.
How quickly will I see results?
Most clients notice improvements in energy and movement quality within 2–3 weeks. Measurable changes in body composition or strength typically show after 6–8 weeks of consistent training. Honest timelines from day one — no false promises.
